2. Information We Collect
Customer Data: Name, email, phone, address, and booking details.

Safety & Operational Data: Vehicle GPS location, trip status, and in-vehicle CCTV (where active) to ensure passenger and driver safety.

Internal System Data: We collect login timestamps, IP addresses, and activity logs from authorized users of our management portal for security auditing and to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing
Contractual & Legal: To fulfill taxi bookings, vehicle rentals, and satisfy transport licensing (TfL/Local Authority) and tax requirements.

Recognised Legitimate Interests: Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we process data for Crime Prevention, Public Safety, and Emergency Response (specifically via GPS tracking and CCTV) without requiring a balancing test.

4. Data Retention & Sharing
Retention: Financial and trip records are kept for 6 years for UK tax compliance. CCTV footage is typically overwritten every 31 days unless required for a specific investigation.

Sharing: We only share data with Licensing Authorities, Insurance Providers, or Law Enforcement when legally mandated.

5. Your Rights & Complaints
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data. Under the 2025 Act, you also have a right to complain directly to us; we will acknowledge complaints within 30 days.
